The capote is based on drawings in Cut My Cote by Dorothy K. Burnham, Textile Department, Royal Ontario Museum, Toronto, 1973. Fabric: Pendleton blanket wool, “M/W Indian”, horn buttons from Africa, beaded and lined pockets, wool tassel, and hand embroidery. The capote slips over the head and has a 17.5 inch placket which closes with six buttons. One size, heights 5'5" to 5'8”. (Sold)
